Denise Caraballo

Denise Caraballo, CPP, currently serves as the Senior Payroll Manager at Compucom, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Denise managed Payroll and HRIS Technology Services at OperationsInc from February 2021 to October 2023. Denise has extensive experience in payroll management, having held key roles such as Payroll Tax Consultant, Director of Payroll at Tidewater Marine, and Director of Payroll and HR Administration at the YMCA of Greater Houston. Additional expertise includes roles at Gulf Mark Offshore, Hewlett-Packard, Quanex Building Products Corporation, and The Coca-Cola Company, where significant contributions to payroll processes, compliance, and system enhancements were made. Denise holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resources Management from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.
