Karla Mendez has over 15 years of experience in technical operations and support. Currently serving as an Area Ops Analyst at CompuCom since April 2008, Mendez specializes in providing advanced technical assistance for digital surveillance equipment and supporting field technicians and vendors in a 24x7 environment.
