Santosh Reddy Karla

Santosh Reddy Karla has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Santosh started their career at Envisa as a Technology Analyst in 2006. In 2007, they joined Adaequare as a Project Lead and stayed there until 2009. Santosh then moved on to CompuGain, where they held multiple positions including Technical Lead from 2009 to 2016 and Solutions Architect from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Santosh joined REAN Cloud as a Principal Cloud Architect, where they worked until 2020. During the same period, they also held the role of a Principal Cloud Architect at Hitachi Vantara from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Santosh is serving as the Director of Software Engineering at CompuGain since May 2020.

Throughout their career, Santosh has gained expertise in cloud architecture, software engineering, and technical leadership.

Santosh Reddy Karla has a strong educational background in Computer Science and Engineering. In 1999, they enrolled in JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Santosh successfully completed the program in 2003.

In 2003, Santosh decided to further enhance their knowledge by pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Santosh attended the institute for one year, completing their studies in 2003.

Immediately after, in 2004, Santosh joined Cornell University for a brief period to pursue a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science.

Apart from their formal education, Santosh Reddy Karla also demonstrated their commitment to professional development by obtaining a certification in "AWS for DevOps: Security, Governance, and Validation" from LinkedIn in November 2020.
