Joel Kibet,(FMIHRM)

Joel Kibet has worked in the field of human resources for the past 10 years. Joel started their career at Nakumatt Holdings Ld in August 2010 as a Human Resources Specialist. Joel held this role for over 6 years and left in February 2017. In March 2018, Joel joined CompuLynx as a Human Resource & Admin Manager, where they currently work.

Joel Kibet has pursued their education in the field of Human Resource Management. Joel first attended Moi University, where they studied HR and obtained a degree in Human Resource Management. Following that, they enrolled at The Technical University of Kenya to earn a Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management. Apart from their academic qualifications, they have also obtained certification from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM), although the specific month and year of receipt are unknown.
