Henry James Banayat has a long and varied work experience. Henry James began their career in 1996 as a Computer Instructor at Lorma Colleges. In 1997, they took on the role of Network Administrator and Computer Instructor at Union Christian College (UCC). In 1999, they became an Information Technology Consultant at CompuQuest Philippines. In 2003, they were appointed President of Compumatrix and Networks Interactive, Inc. and held this role until 2006. In 2006, they became Executive Managing Director & Founder, Chief Finance Officer, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Operations Officer, and Managing Director at Compumatrix. From 2019 to 2021, they were Director of Business Development at Bitshares Labs, Inc. and Managing Director at HJB Ventures.
