Phillip Tarrant has worked in the technology sector for over 20 years. Phillip Tarrant has a diverse educational background. Phillip attended Harlem High School from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Vocational Technical degree. Phillip then attended Augusta Technical College from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained an EMT-I Certification. In 2014, they attended Virginia College and obtained a Network Engineering degree in the Information Technology field. In 2018, they obtained a GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from the SANS Institute. Phillip also obtained a Hacker Tools, Techniques, Exploits, and Incident Handling SEC504 degree from the SANS Technology Institute that same year. In 2019, they obtained an Advanced Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Digital Forensics SEC508 degree from the SANS Technology Institute, as well as a GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA) from GIAC Certifications. Phillip also obtained certifications in Developing A Security Strategy, Incident Management, Organizational Data Security Fundamentals, and Fundamental Cryptography from Cybrary, as well as an A+ Certification from CompTIA. In 2020, they obtained a Web App Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking, SEC542 degree from the SANS Technology Institute, as well as a GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) from the SANS Institute.
