Imran Sharief is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as an Associate Manager and Team Lead at Computech Corporation since March 2014, Imran has also held the position of Senior ERP Recruitment Analyst at ERP and ERP Corp and Associate Manager - US Recruitment at Sunera Technologies since 2013 and 2012, respectively. Prior roles include Recruitment Consultant/Team Lead at CES and Resource Manager at Weidbee Inc. A graduate of Osmania University with an MBA in HR & Marketing, Imran has demonstrated a strong ability in sourcing, screening, and recruiting for challenging positions, effectively negotiating pay rates, and training junior recruiters throughout a career that began in 2005.
