Mohammad Zbeeb

Mohammad Zbeeb has a diverse work experience in the IT industry, starting with their internship at OGERO in 2010. Mohammad then worked as a Wi-Fi QA Engineer at Denali Advanced Integration from 2012 to 2014, where they conducted tests to assess Wi-Fi performance and streamlined software launch processes.

Following that, Mohammad worked as a QA Engineer with NTT DATA from 2014 to 2016, responsible for creating and executing test plans and ensuring software release excellence. Mohammad also served as a QA Engineer (Contracting with T-Mobile) at Denali Advanced Integration during this time, where they provided exceptional support to developers and executed various tests and analyses.

In 2016, Mohammad joined T-Mobile, initially working as an Engineer - Systems Design, where they served as a product manager and launch lead for various products. Mohammad then transitioned into the role of Technical Product Manager, IoT & M2M, where they focused on growing the customer base, increasing customer retention, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

Mohammad Zbeeb received their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology Management from Colorado Technical University in 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Communications Engineering at the American University of Science and Technology from 2008 to 2012. In 2010 to 2011, they also obtained a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Business & Information Technology Center in Lebanon.
