Tapan Biswas

Tapan Biswas has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology. Tapan most recently served as the Vice President of System Administration and Network at Computer Network Systems Limited, where they were responsible for implementing information technologies and coordinating projects. Prior to that, they worked at iPay Systems Ltd. as a System Infrastructure specialist. Tapan also held the position of Manager of IT Infrastructure and Service Management at BRAC IT Services Limited, where they oversaw the smooth operations of the organization and implemented various IT initiatives. Additionally, Tapan worked at James P. Grant School of Public Health and BRAC University in different IT roles, including Manager of IT and Programme Officer. Tapan has a strong background in web development and has experience implementing ERP systems and computer modules for educational institutions.

Tapan Biswas completed their education at BRAC University. Tapan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Tapan Biswas has also obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert. Furthermore, they hold certifications from Cisco, including the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) obtained in July 2022, and multiple certifications from MikroTik, including the MikroTik Certified Inter-Networking Engineer (MTCINE), MikroTik Certified Network Associate (MTCNA), and MikroTik Certified Routing Engineer (MTCRE), all obtained in January 2022.
