Martín Torres Barrios

Martín Torres Barrios is an experienced education professional with a focus on digital education and technology integration. Currently serving as Coordinador de formación for the Proyecto Educación Digital at Instituto de Estudios Peruanos since January 2020, Martín is also an active member of Chapter Perú and the Computer Science Teachers Association. With a background in educational innovation and technology, Martín has held various significant roles, including Coordinador de formación at Telefónica Educación Digital and Especialista en el diseño de instrumentos para la innovación at the Ministerio de Educación del Perú. Martín's teaching experience spans from basic education to higher education, having taught at Fe y Alegria 39 and Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle. Martín holds postgraduate qualifications in virtual learning environments and technology in education from Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, Instituto de Formación Docente de Virtual Educa, and FLACSO ARGENTINA.
