Brennie Conkle

Brennie Conkle is an experienced leader in digital banking and customer experience, currently serving as the Account Opening and Digital Banking Product leader at CSI since 2022. Prior roles include Digital Customer Experience Strategist at Wells Fargo, where focus was on affluent segments, and Vice President of Digital Banking at First State Bank, overseeing a team to enhance digital capabilities and customer retention strategies. Brennie has a solid background in customer strategy from Invoca, significantly increasing customer acquisition for Fortune 100 clients, as well as experience in digital marketing leadership roles at SunTrust, Kimberly-Clark, and Bank of America, where notable achievements include substantial increases in website traffic and account adoption rates. Brennie holds a BA in Political Science/Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BSBA in Information Systems from Appalachian State University.
