Jon Rigsby

Jon Rigsby has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jon is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at CSI since December 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Hawthorn River from January 2019 to December 2023. Jon also has experience as the President of Rigsby Consulting, where they focused on aligning, transforming, and succeeding from August 2014 to February 2021. Furthermore, they served as a Board Member at Boone Center, Inc. from July 2016 to June 2019.

In terms of their previous roles at Enterprise Bank & Trust, Jon held various leadership positions. Jon was the Senior Vice President of Information Technology (CIO) from May 2010 to August 2014, Vice President of Enterprise Advisor Services (EAS) from November 2008 to May 2010, Vice President of Information Technology from November 2004 to November 2008, Application Development Manager from November 2002 to November 2004, Application Developer from November 1996 to November 2002, and Data Processing Specialist from November 1995 to November 1996. Jon initially started their career in the banking industry as a Bank Teller at Magna Bank - STL from August 1993 to December 1994.

Jon Rigsby completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2008.
