Ian Cox has over a decade of experience in technical support and merchandising. Since January 2013, Ian has worked at Computers Unlimited as a Networking/Technical Support specialist, providing assistance for TIMS software customers through phone and remote support while managing issues via a ticket system. Prior to this role, Ian spent three years at Sysco as a Merchandiser, where responsibilities included ordering poultry, dairy, and produce items and setting up logistics for those orders. Ian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Washington University, obtained in 2009.
