Brian Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brian began their career in 1999 at New Horizons, where they maximized sales revenue and managed corporate accounts. Brian then moved on to Schering Plough, where they were responsible for sales presentations and increasing market share in Fairfield County. In 2003, Brian returned to New Horizons to develop and launch a consumer IT training sales segment. Brian joined Computershare Governance Services in 2005 as a Sales Manager, overseeing the sales cycle and closing deals for software and services. Brian then progressed within the company, taking on the role of Business Development Manager and later becoming the VP of Sales and Business Development at Verbatim. In 2016, they joined EY as an Associate Director before returning to Computershare Governance Services in 2017. Brian currently holds the position of SVP, Strategic Initiatives and is also the Business Development Owner for Registered Agent Services. Overall, Brian has consistently demonstrated their skills in sales, business development, and strategic initiatives throughout their career.
