Rosalyn Moore has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to financial crime prevention, fraud management, and investigations. Rosalyn is currently working as the Head of AML & Fraud at Computershare Loan Services since 2022.

Prior to this, Rosalyn worked at Capita for 8 years, where they held multiple positions, including Head of Financial Crime Assurance and Financial Crime Manager. In these roles, they successfully implemented a financial crime prevention framework, conducted risk reviews, and managed the Gifts & Hospitality and Conflict of Interest Registers.

Before joining Capita, Rosalyn worked at Direct Line Group as an Internal Investigator. Their responsibilities included conducting independent fraud investigations and conducting interviews using the PEACE interview model.

Earlier in their career, Rosalyn worked at RBS Insurance, where they had various roles such as Claims Validation Case Consultant, Property Insurance Advisor, Compliance Officer, Technical Underwriter, and Deputy Team Leader. In these roles, they gained experience in claims management, underwriting, and handling complaints.

Rosalyn Moore DipFCP, DipAML obtained a BA (hons) in Applied Social Sciences from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside from 1990 to 1995. Rosalyn also holds additional certifications, including a Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention from the International Compliance Association, obtained in November 2016, and an International Diploma in Anti Money Laundering from the International Compliance Association, obtained in December 2022. Furthermore, they have earned an Advanced Certificate in Investigative Practice from Bond Solon Training in October 2012, and a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute in October 2006.
