Natasha Sephton-Pike

Natasha Sephton-Pike is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation, strategic portfolio management, and data analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation and Strategic Portfolio at Computershare since July 2024, Natasha previously held key roles at Frasers Group as Group Head of Data and IT Change and Group Head of IT Communications and Organisational Change. Natasha's earlier experience includes significant contributions as Marketing & Analytics Director at Data Interchange, EMEA Marketing Manager at HARTING, Marketing and Communications Manager at Pilz UK, and Marketing Executive at Spraylat International Ltd. Natasha holds an MBA from the University of Northampton and a BA (Hons) in Design for Performance from Edge Hill University.
