Vitaly Zusman

Vitaly Zusman is the Head of Internal Audit for Global Issuer Services and Business Services at Computershare, a position held since 2019. Previously, Vitaly served in various roles such as Head of Internal Audit at Computershare Canada from 2015 to 2019, and Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Ontario Power Generation from 2010 to 2015. Vitaly has extensive experience in audit and finance, having worked at companies like Barrick Gold Corporation, Vale Inco Limited, and Chevron, among others. Vitaly holds a certification as a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors, earned in 2003.
