Matt Serpone has over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry. From 1999 to 2003, they worked as a Network Administrator at JLL. From 2003 to 2004, they were a Systems Engineer at Concentra and a Technical Services Manager and Senior Solutions Architect at DeVA Systems Group. In 2004, they also worked as an Adjunct Faculty - Technical Instructor at Clark University and a Senior Systems Engineer and Director of Systems Engineering at Covisia Solutions, Inc. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a vCIO and VP of Customer Success at StratusPointIT. Most recently, since 2022, they have been a Solution Architect at Tricentis, where they are responsible for providing automated insight into the business risks of software releases.

Matt Serpone completed their BS in Education from Plymouth State University between 1994 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School. Since then, Matt has obtained various certifications from institutions such as Tricentis, (ISC)², Citrix, and Microsoft.
