Pierre-Andre Liduena

Mr. Liduena manages M&A, strategic investments, and joint venture activities for the company. Transactions include acquisitions of Time Warner Cable and BrightHouse Networks amongst others. He serves as Board Observer for three portfolio companies Plume, Cujo AI, and Federated Wireless.

Prior to joining Charter in 2012, Mr. Liduena worked at UBS in the Technology, Media & Telecom Investment banking group, and at EY in the Audit and Transaction Advisory groups.

Mr. Liduena has a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School in France, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, he is a graduate of the Cable Executive Management program at Harvard Business School.
