Meiyer Goren

Meiyer Goren has extensive work experience in the field of information security and technology. Meiyer is currently working as a Tech Lead in the Applications & Cloud Division at HUB Security since 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Comsec, including Tech Lead, Head of Technical Division (Europe), Project and Delivery Manager, and Information Security Consultant from 2016 to 2022.

Before joining Comsec, Meiyer worked as a Freelance Information Security Specialist from 2014 to 2016. Meiyer also served as a Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2014 and 2013.

Additionally, Meiyer has experience as an Information Security Consultant at Comsec Consulting from 2009 to 2014. Meiyer held roles such as Finance Manager at the International Youth Congress of Esperanto from 2012 to 2013. Meiyer also served as a Publicity Officer and Treasurer at the World Esperanto Youth Organisation from 2011 to 2013 and 2008 to 2011 respectively.

Earlier in their career, Meiyer worked as a Vice-Editor at "\"Israela Esperantisto\"" from 2004 to 2010 and as a Research Assistant at the National Technical University of Athens in 2008.

Meiyer Goren holds an M.A. in Cognitive Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which was completed between 2011 and 2014. Meiyer also received a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the same university from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Shevah-Mofet High school and college from 1996 to 2002, specializing in 3-D graphical systems design and system analysis.
