Darren Bonnell

Darren Bonnell has a strong and diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Darren started their career at GE Capital, where they held various management positions, including Manager of CRM and Analytics, Manager of Global Development, Global Marketing Leader, New Product Introduction Leader, and Senior Market Analyst. During their tenure at GE Capital, they designed and implemented tools and processes for gathering and reporting sales intelligence, led the development of market intelligence tracking and reporting solutions, and was responsible for ad-hoc sales force effectiveness reporting.

After their time at GE Capital, Bonnell joined Avon as Senior Manager of the Global Web Center of Excellence, where they led a team of project managers, business analysts, and technical developers in delivering web-based business solutions for over 65 countries. Darren also served as IT Manager of Field Sales, Warehouse Management, and North America Business Intelligence, overseeing the delivery of business intelligence solutions to Avon's global network.

Most recently, Bonnell has been with Westcon-Comstor as IT Director. Darren first held the role of IT Director for Digital Applications, where they were responsible for the support and maintenance of the company's global e-commerce, cloud, quoting, and order entry systems. Darren managed relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders and ensured the overall quality of customer-facing digital products. Bonnell then transitioned to the role of IT Director for Systems Automation, which they currently hold. However, specific details regarding this role are not provided.

Darren Bonnell holds an MBA degree in Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Darren also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance & Marketing from McMaster University. In addition, they have completed the Middle Managers Program at Avon Products, Inc., and the CIO Leadership Workshop at Columbia Business School. Darren has also completed the Advanced Managers Course and the New Manager Development Course at GE Crotonville. Darren holds a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, obtained in 2002.
