Noel Manchulenko

Noel Manchulenko has been with Comtech Group since September 1996, holding various titles such as Associate Director - Commercial, Commercial & Contracts Manager, and Senior Commercial Manager - Contracts & Claims. Currently serving as the Head of Contracts & Commercial for the Program Delivery Partner, GO Expansion. Prior to their role at Comtech Group, Noel worked at GM Canada as a Material Launch Manager, overseeing the implementation of Material Storage Plans for new products at the GM Oshawa Truck Plant. Noel holds a BASc, MASc in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Windsor.
