Marcus Alston

Mr. Alston joined the Company in September 2020 as the Chief Trade Compliance Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Alston served as Senior Director, Trade Compliance Counsel for XPO Logistics, an $18 billion company, and as the Global Trade Compliance Officer for Linde AG, the largest industrial gas company in the world. He has practiced law for over 26 years, including over 20 years in the area of compliance. He has established and maintained compliance programs within global organizations and has significant experience developing training and audit programs internationally. Marcus received his B.A. degree from Amherst College with honors (Cum Laude) and his law degree from The George Washington School of Law.
