Irina Lezhnina

Irina Lezhnina has a diversified work experience in HR and IT recruitment. Irina started their career as an HR Generalist at Evogence in 2006 and worked there until 2017. Following that, they worked at WorldAPP as an HR professional, contributing to the development of the Key Survey product. In 2017, Irina joined Den'ga as an HR IT Specialist before moving to Simicon in 2018, where they worked as an HR Specialist. In 2020, they became the Head of the Personnel Department at Sletat.ru. Currently, Irina is working as a Team Lead/IT Recruiter at COMTEK International, leading a team of recruiters and filling positions of various levels of complexity in fields such as Java, Scala, Kotlin, AWS, Azure, and DevOps.

Irina Lezhnina attended Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Master's degree in Psychology.
