Nicoletta D'Elia

Nicoletta D'Elia is an experienced professional in project management and technical areas, currently serving as the TAM Technical Area Manager at Municipia Spa since September 2016. With a strong background in urban safety delivery and software development, Nicoletta has managed several key projects, including the reutilization of software for the local police procedures in Rome and various local tax management projects in Milan. With previous roles as project manager and business analyst at Engineering Tributi SpA and the Municipality of Milan, Nicoletta has a deep understanding of software management and procedures for local regulations. Nicoletta holds a degree in Information Sciences from the Università degli Studi di Torino, completed between 1990 and 1997.
