Carlo Pasqualetto is a dynamic entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and workforce management sectors. As Co-Founder and CEO of Advanced Workforce Management System (AWMS) since January 2020, Carlo leads the development of a SaaS solution focused on optimizing workforce management and productivity in factories. Additionally, Carlo co-founded AzzurroDigitale, where technology and business strategies converge. Carlo is the Founder and Licensee of TEDxPadova, promoting impactful ideas across various disciplines. Serving as Consigliere Comunale and Delegato del Sindaco all'Innovazione for Comune di Padova, Carlo advocates for innovation within local government. Carlo is also an Angel Investor in Humamy, a plant-based food service, and Portrait Eyewear, a sustainable eyewear brand. Earlier experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Deloitte and a Supply Chain Analyst at Autogrill. Carlo holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Finance and Accounting from ESCP Business School.
