Joe Higginbotham

Joe is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for Comvest’s direct lending strategy. He focuses on a number of industries including business services, manufacturing, technology, and financial services. Prior to joining Comvest, Joe was a Vice President at NXT Capital, where he was involved in structuring, underwriting and closing senior and unitranche debt investments for sponsor-owned, middle-market companies.

Joe received a B.S. in Accounting, with a concentration in Finance, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
