John Shepard

John Shepard serves as Senior Estimator at Con J Franke Electric, where John runs the estimating department for water treatment, waste water treatment, industrial, and heavy commercial electrical work. With a background in project management and electrical engineering, John has a wealth of experience in the industry, having served in various roles at companies such as Pacific Gas and Electric Company, NAES Corporation, CH2M HILL, Port City Electric, and Plateau Electrical Constructors. As a co-owner of Naturiffic, LLC, John also has experience in entrepreneurship. John holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University and an AS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Central Piedmont Community College.
