Deirdre Elter

Deirdre Elter is an accomplished supply chain and logistics executive with extensive experience in leading customer service and distribution strategies. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Supply Chain and Logistics at Conagra Brands since February 2022, Deirdre previously held various leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark from January 1996 to March 2022, including Vice President of Logistics, where the focus was on optimizing customer service and distribution costs. Additional roles included Planning Director, where Deirdre led a team of 28 in managing working capital for the Adult and Feminine Care Operations, and Sr. Brand Manager for Baby and Child Care Marketing, responsible for P&L management of a $175 million business. Deirdre's career also includes various positions in procurement, supply planning, and manufacturing. Educational qualifications include a degree in Transportation and Logistics from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
