Melissa has over 20 years of experience in the food industry, holding various positions in finance, audit, and compliance. Prior to joining Conagra, Melissa was the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at US Foods.

Melissa Napier has a bachelor of science from Wilkes University and a master of business administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
