Scott Limbo has extensive experience in customer service and client engagement roles, currently serving as Team Leader of Business Services and Customer Supply Chain at Conagra Brands since December 2020. Prior to this position, Scott was Manager of Customer Service at Taylor Communications from 2018 to November 2020. From 2007 to 2017, Scott held various positions at West Interactive Services, culminating in the role of Director, Client Engagement. Earlier in Scott's career, from 2001 to 2007, Scott worked at West Business Services as a Telecommunication Client Support Trainer and Global Services Project Manager. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Old Dominion University.
