Kaushik S.

Kaushik S. has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting from 2011, they worked as a Finance Intern at Proforma Premier Branding. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Web Developer at Totuit. Kaushik then joined Capital One in 2013 as an Associate Software Engineer, and gradually progressed to roles such as Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, and eventually became a Master Software Engineer and Software Engineering Manager/Director of Platform Engineering at Critical Stack, a division of Capital One.

During their time at Capital One, Kaushik was involved in various projects, including developing internal reporting and analytical dashboards, creating a Slack bot to prevent sensitive data leakage, and building the onboarding portal for Critical Stack. Kaushik also implemented AWS security best practices and led the migration of services from Containers on EC2 to the Critical Stack Kubernetes platform.

In 2019, Kaushik joined AtScale as a Senior Software Engineer, where they built the AtScale Governance/Access Control layer UI and API and developed a DevSecOps process for source code security scanning. Kaushik also assisted the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with security-related activities.

In 2021, Kaushik moved to Cosmonic as an Engineering Lead, before joining Conceal in 2022. At Conceal, they initially served as a Principal Engineer and later became the VP of Engineering. Currently, Kaushik holds the position of Chief Architect at Conceal.

Kaushik S. obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Florida in 2013. In 2016, they also obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
