Bruce Savage has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1983. Bruce began their career as a Radar Systems Engineer at Boeing, formerly McDonnell Douglas. In 1991, they joined Verizon Wireless (US West New Vector Group) as a Senior RF Engineer. Bruce was promoted to Senior Technology Engineer in 1995. In 1998, they joined Verizon Wireless (AirTouch) as Manager of RF System Design. In 2001, they were promoted to Principal Member of Technical Staff - Radio Access Networks. In 2015, they assumed the role of Principal Member of Technical Staff - RF Systems, where they were responsible for developing mmWave (23-40 GHz) radome and concealment materials for 5G phased array antennas, timing/synchronization for 4G LTE and 5G radio sites using GPS and PTP, LTE Unlicensed Band technologies (LAA and CBRS) - antennas, RF test equipment, and indoor small cell radio testing and deployment standards. In 2019, Bruce Savage began working as a mmWave Concealment Design Engineer at ConcealFab Corporation - Wireless Antenna & Satellite Dish Concealment and as a Principal Engineer/Owner at First Tracks Wireless LLC.

Bruce Savage attended Missouri University of Science and Technology from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
