Dragos Parvu

Dragos Parvu has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Dragos is currently the Head of Legal at CONCELEX, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Avocat Titular at Cabinet de Avocat Dragos Parvu since September 2003. From May 2019 to December 2020, they served as a Senior Legal Counsel at Iordache Partners. Dragos also gained experience as an Associated Lecturer, Chair of Civil and Commercial Law at the Romanian Banking Institute from December 2006 to June 2013. Additionally, they held various legal positions at CEE Collect Romania, Wolf Theiss, ACMS SA, Cremer & Diaconescu, STALFORT Legal. Tax. Audit., and Tec Parvu SRL throughout their career.

Dragos Parvu obtained a Licentiate in Legal Sciences from the University of Bucharest, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003. Dragos also received a Bacalaureat from Liceul Teoretic Ion Creanga from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they pursued further education at the University of Cologne, obtaining a Magister Legum and LL.M. degree in Law from 2004 to 2006. Dragos later obtained an LL.M. degree in Law from the University of Cologne in 2006 as well. Along with their educational qualifications, Dragos Parvu has obtained several additional certifications such as being a Data Protection Officer, Expert in Public Procurement, Avocat Definitiv (lawyer), and an Authorised Translator - English (Legal). Dragos acquired these certifications from various institutions including PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice, the Ministry of National Education, Euro Best Team, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Bucharest Bar, and the Ministry of Justice between 1999 and 2021.
