Garrett Levengood

Garrett Levengood, PT, DPT, serves as the Center Therapy Director and Physical Therapist at Concentra since October 2021, and also works as a Physical Therapist at Luna Physical Therapy since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles as a Student Physical Therapist at NovaCare Rehabilitation, Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, and Concentra from 2020 to 2021. Garrett Levengood earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in 2016.
