Karen Roy

Karen Roy, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Concentra, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Karen was a Human Resources Business Partner at Ideal Image from February 2019 until May 2021 and served in a similar capacity at Gymboree from July 2013 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing HR functions for multiple states across 360 stores. Earlier experience includes roles as District Manager at Gymboree, overseeing 14 Store Managers across three brands, and at The Disney Store, managing 12 locations in New England. Karen also held the position of District Manager at Lands' End, achieving top sales performance, and was Director of Retail Operations and Sales at World Travel Holdings, managing 23 locations and driving significant revenue. Additional experience includes a Region Manager role at Staples Corporation. Karen holds a BA in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
