Lindy Miller

Lindy Miller has extensive experience in the healthcare field, currently serving as the Regional Director of Specialist Services at Concentra since 2004. Previous roles at Concentra include Director of Operations, Area Therapy Director, and Center Therapy Director. Prior to Concentra, Lindy worked as a Senior Physical Therapist at Baptist Hospital from 2002 to 2004 and as a Physical Therapist at HealthSouth from 2000 to 2002. Lindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Samford University, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Mobile. Education was completed at Goodpasture Christian School.
