Louise Box

Louise Box has extensive experience in the medical field, particularly in occupational health and primary care. Currently serving as a Physician at Concentra since August 2018 and at Louisville Metro Government since January 2022, Louise has previously worked as a Primary Care Physician at Iroqouis Family Medicine in 2019 and as a Physician at USHealthWorks from August 2016 to July 2018. Earlier roles include a position as a Physician at Norton Healthcare from 2005 to 2016, and various other medical practices from 1994 to 2004. Louise holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Smith College.
