Alaa Kanbar is a Digital Marketing Customer Advisor at Concentrix since August 2025, supporting Meta’s advertising platform by optimizing client campaigns and resolving technical issues. Prior to this role, Alaa served as a Marketing Specialist and Content Writer at Digitag Consulting from June 2022 to December 2024, and as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Lizard Global in July 2021. Experience also includes working as a News Reporter and Social Media Executive at the Middle East Broadcasting Center from December 2019 to August 2020. Alaa holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and Economy from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from American University of Beirut.
