Bandana Majhi

Bandana Majhi is a Senior Advisor at Concentrix since July 2022, responsible for responding to inquiries and resolving customer complaints utilizing established procedures. Prior to this role, Bandana served as a Senior Learning Consultant at CertBuddyz from September 2019 to February 2023, where delivery of learning strategies and management of cross-functional projects occurred. Earlier experience includes working as an Inside Sales Executive, which involved sourcing new sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and conducting effective online demonstrations. Bandana holds a B.SC in Zoology/Animal Biology from Remuna Degree College, completed between 2016 and 2019, and previously obtained a +2 Science degree from Modern Public School in India from 2014 to 2016.
