Chris Duckels

Chris Duckels serves as the Director of Business Operations and Chief of Staff for the Tech & Engineering Service Line at Concentrix since January 2022, overseeing operational effectiveness and the delivery of complex projects to ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction. Previously, Chris held various directorial roles at PK, focusing on Digital and Cloud Engineering Service Lines, and contributed to customer satisfaction initiatives. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Vanick Digital, Fifty Seven Pounds, CTD Staffing, Eventus Solutions Group, Helix Business Solutions, ServiceMaster, TruGreen Lawncare, and TERMINIX INTERNATIONAL, where responsibilities included project management, CRM consulting, and training development. Chris earned a BA in Studio Art from The University of Georgia from 1992 to 1997.
