Customer Care Representative (CCR)

Khaled Anwar has extensive experience in customer service and education, currently serving as a Customer Care Representative and Delegate Team Leader at Concentrix since June 2022, where responsibilities include team coaching and KPI monitoring. Previously, Khaled worked as a Customer Service Representative for Vodafone España S.A.U., addressing technical and billing inquiries for Spanish-speaking clients. Additional roles include serving as a Tourism Representative for MEMNON travel, assisting Spanish-speaking tourists in Egypt, and functioning as a Spanish Translator intern at el periódico del Watan. Khaled also held a Coordinator position at Co-dublish, managing communication and supervising Spanish content projects, and worked as an Arabic Language Instructor at Khali academy, teaching Egyptian Arabic to Spanish-speaking students.
