Nancy Peterson is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition for both Concentrix and Concentrix Catalyst since early 2022, Nancy is responsible for enhancing talent processes within these innovative teams. Prior to this, Nancy held the position of Chief People Officer at PK, where leadership was provided for global HR functions focused on talent management, training, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Nancy also has a strong background in resource management and strategic human resources from previous roles at ProKarma, Bass & Associates, and Renaissance/Aquent dating back to 1997.
