Raluca Heresanu

Raluca Heresanu is a seasoned professional in BPO sales and solution design, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Concentrix. With a strong background in global account and operations management, Raluca has held significant roles at prominent companies such as Webhelp, where they were a Global Account/Operations Lead, overseeing over 1,000 FTEs across multiple geographies.
