Reeti Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in wellness, learning, and development within human resources. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Wellbeing at Concentrix since August 2024, Reeti is responsible for planning and evaluating various HR activities, focusing on CSR, Diversity, and Wellness initiatives. Previously, Reeti held positions at Concentrix Daksh Services India Private Limited, including Deputy Manager and Wellness Manager, where responsibilities included deploying learning programs and managing vendor relations. Reeti's background in learning facilitation began at IBM Global Services, encompassing roles like Assistant Manager and Lead Trainer, contributing to adult learning methodologies. Educational credentials include certifications from NMIMS in Women Leadership and Organizational Leadership, as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Mata Sundri College for Women, among other qualifications in mental health and leadership.
