Rhonda Dudley

Rhonda Dudley is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Associate Director of People Solutions at Concentrix and as the HR Manager for CVG, with tenure at both companies since September 1996. In these roles, Rhonda leads HR compliance, onboarding for new HR Managers across North America, and collaborates with the Jacksonville, NC Director of Operations to enhance agent retention and improve Employee Opinion Survey results. Previously, as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Convergys Corporation, Rhonda oversaw the hiring process for agent and staff positions, managing payroll and benefits. Rhonda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Campbell University, earned between 1999 and 2004.
