Roselyn Nicanor

Roselyn Nicanor currently holds the position of Associate Director, Training at Concentrix since August 2022. Prior to this role, Roselyn was with Sitel Group from August 2019 to July 2022, serving as both Senior Learning Manager and Senior Operations Manager. During the tenure at Inspiro Relia Inc. from June 2015 to June 2019, Roselyn excelled as Senior Manager for Operations, successfully launching and managing various international and local programs. Additionally, Roselyn worked as Center of Excellence Manager from April 2012 to June 2015, mentoring Lean Six Sigma trainees and collaborating with program leads on metric analysis. Roselyn's career began as Operations Manager at Inspiro Relia Inc., after earning a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Jobs for Manila from 1997 to 2001.
