Saleh Abdulaziz

Saleh Abdulaziz is a seasoned workforce analyst with over a decade of experience in workforce management and performance optimization. Currently at Concentrix as a Workforce Analyst since June 2024, Saleh has led initiatives in workforce forecasting and performance management. Prior experience includes a senior role as Workforce Planner at talabat from March 2019 to June 2024, where similar strategies were employed. Additional roles as a Workforce Management Analyst at both fetchr and Raya Contact Center honed skills in real-time performance monitoring and staffing optimization. Early career included a customer service representative position at ETISAL International Group. Saleh holds a Bachelor's degree in Hebrew Language and Literature from Cairo University.
