Sarah McKay

Sarah McKay is an experienced and results-driven Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader with a strong commitment to advancing DEI strategies. Currently the Vice President of Service Delivery at Concentrix, Sarah has been leading the organization since June 2006. Prior to this, Sarah held roles at HCL BPO in various capacities, including as a Senior Resource Planning Manager and Operations Manager. With a background in law from Queen's University Belfast, Sarah also has experience in business development and team leadership.
