James DeSpain

James DeSpain serves as the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery at MetaSource since January 2018, overseeing the Business Process Management group and managing a workforce of over 500 employees across seven domestic locations, along with seven international partners. Prior experience includes serving as Division Vice President at Conduent (formerly Xerox), where responsibilities included service delivery and sales in the Insurance sector. James also held roles as Partner and VP of Business Development at Utility Rewards, General Manager at ARS Premier Foods, Division Vice President at Xerox Business Services, and Business Unit Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, demonstrating extensive leadership and P&L management experience. James DeSpain earned a degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in 2010.
